Bulk Load Client uses a user name and a password to authenticate to the CA IdentityMinder Server.
When the CA IdentityMinder Server is protected by SiteMinder™, SiteMinder™ basic authentication is supported by setting “isProtectedBySiteMinder = true” in \BulkLoader\conf\imbulkloadclient.properties.
