Two-Step Approach

Using a two step approach, you first import users and then execute identity policies against the those users. You can use this method when CA IdentityMinder manages users in the Provisioning Server. This method may provide more flexibility, depending on your import requirements.

1. Use one of the import tools for adding users into the Provisioning Directory.
2. Invoke the CA IdentityMinder Synchronize User Task through TEWS on each of the imported users.
