Create a Report in Crystal Reports

CA IdentityMinder lets you create you own custom reports to meet your business needs. In order to use custom reports in CA IdentityMinder, create a report (RPT file) in Crystal Reports Developer. For more information on how to create a report in Crystal Reports, refer to your Crystal Reports documentation.

Important! If you need to reference the CA IdentityMinder schema in order to create custom reports, the CA IdentityMinder database schema is in the following location:

C:\Program Files\CA\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\db\objectstore
