Edit the Data Source
Follow these steps:
- Within the WebLogic Server Administration Console, open the appropriate data source descriptor.
The JNDI names for the data source descriptors are as follows:
- Task Persistence: iam/im/jdbc/jdbc/idm
- Workflow: iam/im/jdbc/jdbc/weblogic.jdbc.jts.WPDS
- Auditing: iam/im/jdbc/auditDbDataSource
- Snapshots: iam/im/jdbc/jdbc/reportsnapshot
- Object Store: iam/im/jdbc/jdbc/objectstore
- Archive: iam/im/jdbc/jdbc/archive
- Change the DatabaseName, User, and Password in the data source descriptor to the appropriate values for the new database.
The database schema (SQL scripts) will be automatically applied when you restart CA IdentityMinder.
- Disable Support Global Transactions on the data source.
The database schema (SQL scripts) are automatically applied when you restart CA IdentityMinder or you can run the scripts to apply the changes now.
