The Notification Configuration Cache stores configuration information that drives the CA IdentityMinder Server Notification feature. This configuration information, which is stored in the provisioning directory and updatable by the service utility etaloadnotificationconf, defines the mapping between provisioning actions and notification records that are sent to the IMS.

Default Value: 600 seconds (equals 10 minutes)
