Test the Connection to Exchange 2007

This procedure is for the CA IdentityMinder administrator.

Follow these steps:

1. Log on to the CCS computer with a domain account that has the required permissions.
2. On the CCS computer, start Exchange Management Shell.
3. To list the mailboxes that are available on your Exchange Server, use the following command:

   get-mailbox | format-table
   

   If this command succeeds, Exchange Management Shell is working correctly and you can use the Exchange connector in Agentless mode.

You can now acquire the Active Directory endpoint and select an Exchange 2007 mailbox server as the Exchange gateway server.
