You can configure an environment for provisioning after you have enabled access to the Provisioning Server.
Then, you create a special CA IdentityMinder user, called the Inbound Administrator, create a connection to the Provisioning Server, and configure inbound synchronization in Provisioning Manager.
Note: Whenever you modify the provisioning properties for an environment, make sure that you restart the application server for the changes to take effect.
