Each template directory described in Email Templates is associated with a particular task or event state. For example, if an email is to be sent for an event that has been rejected in a workflow process, CA IdentityMinder looks in a deployed rejected directory for the template to use. CA IdentityMinder then generates the email from the appropriate email template in the directory.
