When CA IdentityMinder is about to send email, it searches for templates from which to generate the email in the following root location within your application server:
iam_im.ear\custom\emailTemplates
The email templates deployed in this root are contained in template sets that have the same directory structure--that is, there is an approved, completed, pending, and rejected directory in each set.
