The following sections discuss how to modify CA SiteMinder® features, including policy domains and authentication schemes, to support CA Identity Manager:
Changes the method that CA Identity Manager uses to collect credentials for users who try to access a CA Identity Manager Environment.
Provides access to functions in an application.
Prevents unauthorized access to a CA Identity Manager Environment by enforcing a full logout.
Updates the realms that protect a CA Identity Manager Environment when you change the alias of the Environment.
Lets you change the password for the administrator account that CA Identity Manager uses to communicate with CA SiteMinder®, and the shared secret for the CA SiteMinder® agent that protects a CA Identity Manager Environment.
Tunes the performance of the CA Identity Manager agent that communicates with the CA SiteMinder® Policy Server.
Enables administrators who have profiles in one directory to manage users in a different directory.
Increases the throughput of CA Identity Manager requests to the user store by configuring CA SiteMinder® to open multiple connections to the same directory.
