If you use etautil to create a JDBC or JNDI account template, the account template will not work unless the correct value is explicitly provided for the eTAccountContainer attribute.
For JDBC, the value is always:
eTDYNAccountContainerName=Accounts
For JNDI, the value varies depending on which container you use to store accounts. For example, the following setting would result in new accounts being placed in container cont1 that is nested inside the top-level container, cont:
eTDYNContainerName=cont1,eTDYNContainerName=cont0
