Step 1. Verify Your Access Privileges

To manage users on a Lotus Notes/Domino server, verify that the Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator server ID has the same access level, privileges, and roles as the Lotus Notes/Domino domain administrator in the following databases:

• names.nsf
• admin4.nsf
• certlog.nsf

Important! Consider logging in to the Lotus Notes/Domino Administrator application using the ID file for the user that the connector uses to access the endpoint. Using the same ID file helps ensure that the user has the necessary access level, privileges, and roles to complete user management actions.
