Install the OpenVMS Agent From a Windows Machine

To install the OpenVMS Agent from a Windows machine, follow this procedure.

From an FTP utility

Transfer the following installation files from the \OpenVMS folder on the CD to your OpenVMS system.
- For Alpha systems, transfer the following files:
```
ETA081.ZIP
SETUP_AXP.EXE
UNZIP_ALPHA.EXE
```
- For Itanium systems, transfer the following files:
```
ETA081.ZIP
SETUP_IA64.EXE
UNZIP_IA64.EXE
```
- For VAX systems, transfer the following files:
```
ETA081.ZIP
SETUP_VAX.EXE
UNZIP_VAX.EXE
```
Note: Ensure that you select the binary transfer option in the ftp utility.
From a TELNET utility, log on to your OpenVMS system as the system account using the TELNET Windows tool.
Set the default directory to the directory where you copied the files.
Issue one of the following commands to begin the installation program.
- For Alpha systems, enter:
```
$ RUN SETUP_AXP
```
- For Itanium systems, enter:
```
$ RUN SETUP_IA64
```
- For VAX systems, enter:
```
$ RUN SETUP_VAX
```
