Verify the WebLogic Cluster
Verify that you can start and stop each managed node.
To verify the cluster
From the WebLogic Admin Console:
- Set up user and password for each managed node:
- In an internet browser, go to http://admin server machine:7001/console
- Choose Environment, servers, Server Name
- Go to Server Start tab.
- Provide the user and password that you used to set up the managed node
- Perform these actions on each node manager system:
- Start the Node Manager on each managed node.
- For Windows: Navigate to Start, Programs, Oracle WebLogic Server 11gR1, Tools, Node Manager
- For Solaris: Use the startNodeManager.sh script.
A sample startNodeManager.sh script is installed in WL_HOME\server\bin. Edit this script for your environment.
- Start each of the managed servers/machines. In the WebLogic Admin Console, go to:
Environment->servers, Server Name, control, start
- Stop the Admin server and all managed servers in preparation for installing CA Identity Manager.
