症状：
CA Identity Manager r12 CRx からプロビジョニング マネージャをアップグレードした後、インストーラに以下のメッセージが表示されます。
The installation wizard has finished upgrading CA Identity Manager but non fatal errors or warnings occurred during the upgrade. For details please see the installation log under C:¥Program Files¥CA¥CA Identity Manager. Warning/Errors were reported related to the following components
CA Identity Manager インストール ログには、以下のエントリが含まれています。
Install, com.installshield.product.actions.Files, err, ServiceException: (error code = -30016; message = "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.”
解決方法：
インストーラはすでに存在しているディレクトリを作成できないため、このエラーが発生します。 ただし、インストールは正常に完了し、プロビジョニング マネージャは完全に機能します。
