Setup SSH User Permissions
To use the connector on a Solaris 10 or Windows or Linux host, set up the user permissions on the SSH server.
To set up SSH user permissions
- Put the directory containing the kadmin command in the PATH variable of the user. For example, /usr/sbin.
- Verify that the kadmin utility is executable by the SSH User.
Set the appropriate ‘x’ permission for either u, g or the o flags.
Note: By default, kadmin is installed with ugo+rx permissions.
