Ingres Etautil Conventions

Use the following Ingres conventions in your etautil commands:

• The endpoint type name (eTNamespaceName) is Ingres
• The endpoint type prefix is ING. Therefore, the Ingres class names are:
  • eTINGDirectoryName for an endpoint
  • eTINGPolicyContainerName for an account template container
  • eTINGPolicy for an account template
