Reason:
The program dataview resource record (USES) was stored on the EXTSRC data set with the VERSION number other than 1. The IMPORTing environment, however, is not CA Datacom/DB-capable, so the resource is assumed to be either an unmodeled sequential or a VSAM dataview, which can only have VERSION 1.
Action:
Make sure that the imported program is capable of compiling and running in the IMPORTing environment.
