Reason:

The member specified for IMPORT is a duplicate of an existing member, which is currently used in the IMPORTing environment. The IMPORT is skipped and must be repeated at a later time.

Action:

Determine which of the above causes was involved and take appropriate action:

Have the users interfering with your command relinquish control. Otherwise, wait until the affected entity is no longer in use.
End activities of your own that conflict with your intended use of the entity.
See your administrator to DEQUEUE outstanding enqueues against the entity still left in force because of previous abended CA Ideal tasks.
