IDSTEXPD23 - number entities not EXPORTed due to insufficient authorization

Reason:

As indicated in previous messages, one or more modules could not be exported, because the user who signed onto the Source Transport utility was not authorized to access the module.

Action:

Have the CA Ideal Administrator alter the user's authorization or have a different user perform the EXPORT commands.
