IDSTCMDP49 - USER must be given on IMPORT command or prior SET IMP USR

Reason:

The IMPORT command for MEMBERs requires that the USER short-id be explicitly supplied in the command or implicitly supplied through the SET IMPORT USER command. The USER operand controls the user-members selected from the EXTSRC file. The NEW USER operand controls the user-id to use with the member for the importing environment. This message references only the USER operand.

Action:

Enter an implicit (default) user-id with the SET IMPORT USER command or
re-enter the IMPORT command with an explicitly supplied USER clause.
