Reason:

The EXPORT command requires that the VERSION number be explicitly supplied in the command or implicitly supplied through the SET EXPORT VERSION command. See the Command Reference Guide for details.

Action:

Enter an implicit (default) version with the SET EXPORT VERSION command or reenter the EXPORT command with an explicitly supplied version clause.
