IDOPTSCB15 - FUNC=ATZ must precede FUNC=END

Reason:

IDOPTSCB FUNC=ATZ was detected in the assembly after IDOPTSCB FUNC=END. The IDOPTSCB FUNC=END statement should terminate the assembly. It should be followed by the standard assembler END. Place IDOPTSCB FUNC=ATZ statements between the START and END invocations of IDOPTSCB.

Correct the errors and re-specify.
