Reason:
The command requested to COPY PARAMETER DATA from the specified program, but parameter data for the specified program is empty.
Action:
Make sure you selected the correct SYSTEM and that you specified the correct program name and version (you can use the DISPLAY INDEX PROGRAM command for a list of all programs in the current system).
