Reason:

A COPY command included the specified program name, VERSION LAST, but no version of the specified program was found in the current SYSTEM.

Action:

Make sure you selected the proper SYSTEM and that you specified the correct program name. Use the DISPLAY INDEX PROGRAM command for a list of all the programs in the current SYSTEM.
