Reason:
The host-variable host-var of user-specified SQL is not defined in working/parameter data, nor is it defined in a dataview or panel resource available to the program, perhaps because the resource-name in the RES section of the program was misspelled or because the version number specified was not in a proper status for use in a compiled program.
Action:
Correct the errors and re-specify.
