Reason:

The program PGM-NAME cannot be found for the system you are currently signed onto.

Action:

Check that the program name is correct and spelled correctly. Check that the system you are signed onto actually contains the program specified. Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to verify the correctness of the dictionary PROGRAM entity.
