Reason:

CA Ideal does not allow updating of the Datadictionary itself through a CA Ideal program. A dataview was found related to the database structure with the DATABASE name DATADICT or UNIVERSAL (the Datadictionary itself), but the UPDATE-INTENT attribute in the dataview occurrence was Y (yes).

Action:

Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to change the UPDATE-INTENT attribute in the dataview occurrence to N (no) for a dataview of Datadictionary files.
