Reason:

The FILE-TYPE attribute in the FILE occurrence related to the Dictionary modelled dataview was not DB (CA Datacom/DB) or NODB (non-CA Datacom/DB).

Action:

Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to use Datadictionary batch or online to change the FILE-TYPE attribute in the FILE occurrence to DB or NODB.
