IDCMDDER27 - RECORD-FORMAT must be "FUNB" or "FBLK" for Ideal

Reason:

The RECORD-FORMAT attribute in the FILE occurrence for a sequential dataview had a value other than FUNB (fixed unblocked) or FBLK (fixed blocked). CA Ideal currently supports only fixed length sequential files.

Action:

Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to use Datadictionary batch or online to change the RECORD-FORMAT attribute in the FILE occurrence to FUNB or FBLK.
