Reason:

No file in PROD status was found for the database structure related to the dataview.

Action:

Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to examine the database file model related to the dataview and make sure that all required occurrences are in PROD status. Make sure that Datadictionary utilities DDCFBLD and DDCFMNT were run successfully for the database.
