Reason:

A dataview was in TEST status. PROD status is required for compilation.

Action:

Ask the CA Ideal Administrator to make sure there are no other errors for this dataview. Then use Datadictionary batch or online to change the dataview status to PROD. If necessary, also use Datadictionary utilities DDCFBLD and DDCFMNT to change the file model status to PROD.
