Reason:
The WITH INDICATOR clause can only be followed by a value-literal, the DEPENDING ON clause, or a comment. The WITH INDICATOR clause in your working/parameter data specification apparently was followed by some other type of specification.
Action:
Correct the errors and re-specify.
