Reason:

Dataview was in TEST status. PROD status is required for compilation.

Action:

For the dataview Administrator, run Datadictionary utilities DDCFBLD and DDCFMNT to change the file model status to PROD. Use Datadictionary batch or online to change the dataview status to PROD.
