Reason:
In batch, a non-CA Ideal program must reside in one of the STEPLIB files defined for the CA Ideal execution. For CICS, a non-CA Ideal program must reside in one of the DFHRPL files defined to CICS. In addition, the CICS administrator must generate a PPT entry for the non-CA Ideal program to be adequately defined to the CICS environment.
Action:
Check that the non-CA Ideal program being CALLed is properly defined to the run-time environment.
