Reason:
No data was entered in one or more fields on the prompter panel, but those fields are required entries. The empty required fields are filled with question marks (?) and highlighted.
Action:
Type valid entries into the highlighted fields and press the Enter key. If you want to cancel the prompter panel activity, press the Clear key and the Main Menu displays.
