IDADRBNP06 - PGM pgm-name VERSION version in VLS format does not access DB SQL

Reason:

The specified program in the current system does not have
CA Datacom SQL access so rebind cannot be done.

Action:

Make sure you are using the right PGM-NAME in the right SYSTEM.
