Reason:
A fatal error occurred during CA Ideal system initialization. The signon processing for the current user cannot continue due to the severity of the errors.
Action:
Refer to any associated messages written to the operator's console, the system log or to the JCL output listing. Correct the problems referred to in those messages and try to access the system again. If problems persist, contact CA Technical Support.
