IDADERRP18 - INTERR: LIB cannot be accessed, LIB=name

Reason:

A VLS library request was directed to a library that cannot be accessed. The library either does not exist or the file is closed.

Action:

Check the system definition of the name of the library requested to ensure it is in the JCL. If in CICS, the file must be defined in the FCT and must be open. In batch, the file must be defined in the CA Ideal file table.
