IDADDEQP02 - Resource cannot be dequeued from this region

Reason:

A dequeue attempt failed, probably because the DEQUEUE command was issued from a different region in the same operating system than the one where the enqueue exists. For example, an enqueue issued in an online region cannot be dequeued in batch. Similarly, when two CICS regions share resources, enqueues issued by one CICS cannot be dequeued by the other.

Action:

Consider one of the following actions:

• Have the users interfering with your command relinquish control.
• Wait until the affected entity is no longer in use where enqueued.
• Issue the DEQUEUE command where the enqueue exists.
