IDADDB2C11 - INTERR: User is not authorized to access PLAN plan-name

Reason:

The user is not granted any privileges to access the PLAN plan-name specified in the IDOPTSCB installation job for this CA Ideal.

Action:

Change the PLAN in IDOPTSCB installation job or grant privileges to the user to access the PLAN in the DB2 subsystem. It is also possible that the DB2 subsystem might be incorrectly defined in the IDOPTSCB assembly.
