Either targetuser credentials or targetMachines credentials should be supplied for staging.

Reason:

Target user name, password and targetMachine credentials were both not supplied.

Action:

Pass in the default target user name and password. If they don’t have access to all the target machines, then additionally you can pass in the machine specific credentials in targetMachineCredentials.
