Reason:
You may not have passed a valid value for setTimeOutValue in the DSM Webservice API call.
Action:
You need to pass a valid setTimeOutValue. The permissible range is 60 to 7200 (1 minute to 2 hours). If the problem persists, contact CA Technical Support.
