Symptom:
The PIF product is not being built.
Solution:
If the PIF product is not being built, it may contain inconsistent data.
When any inconsistency is detected during the build process, the Packager does not build the PIF product and displays a detailed error message in the GUI output pane. Fix the inconsistency accordingly.
