The progress bar shows the progress of the installation of a product or a component.
You can drag and drop the progress bar icon from the toolbox to the work area only if you have specified that you are creating a progress dialog, that is, the Presentation field in the Dialog properties is set to Progress.
You can set the following property for the progress bar:
Indicates the name of a dialog element. Control names within the dialog editor are predefined by the GUI. There is no need to change these names. However, if for some reason you want to change the name, you can do so for a selected element by changing the value in this field.
Indicates the type of information displayed (product or component installation progress). Choose one of the types from the drop-down list.
Indicates the percentage completion for the progress bar.
Defines the font to be used for displaying the text. Clicking the browse icon displays the Font Chooser dialog where you can add or change font specifications.
