Before a remote control session can become active, a message is sent to the host asking permission to connect.
On the host computer, a message appears asking you to accept the connection. Click Yes to accept or No to reject the connection.
Note: On Windows 2000 hosts, if the DSM Explorer is running when a Remote Control connection is accepted, some of the pages shown in the right pane of the DSM Explorer may appear blank on both the host and viewer. This can be resolved by installing Microsoft DirectX 9.0 or later on the host computer.
