Uninstall Remote Control

To uninstall Remote Control, use the Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs applet. The Add/Remove Programs applet contains buttons for removing an application (Remove) and modifying an application (Change).

To remove your Remote Control agent

1. Select CA ITCM Agent + Remote Control plugin.

   A maintenance-type dialog opens.

2. Click Remove and follow the wizard instructions.

   Remote Control is uninstalled.
