The standard distribution of Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES 4.0 does not include the dosutils. As the Linux OS installation requires loadlin.exe, please copy loadlin.exe from the dosutils directory of another Red Hat distribution or from a Red Hat web server, for example:
http://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/core/1/i386/os/dosutils/loadlin.exe.
Copy loadlin.exe on the IPS into the following folder before you register the OS-Image:
..\images\<myimage>\<myimage>\
Note: You can find the location of <myimage> with createosimage -x.
