Dependency on Graphical User Interface (GUI)

Windows Server 2008 server core provides limited GUI functionality. Due to the dependency on the GUI, the following CA ITCM agent options are not supported:

• Remote Control chat
• Remote Control viewer
• Software catalog
• Systray
