Is_U_X - Check the File for the 'User Execute' Attribute

The Is_U_X function checks the file for the specified attribute USER eXecute.

This function has the format:

Is_U_X(filename as String) as Boolean

filename

Identifies a file path.

This function returns TRUE if the attribute is set; otherwise, the function returns FALSE.
